个人简介

陈蕾,女,汉族,黑龙江人,九三学社社员,博士。现任海洋之神590线路检测中心植物病理学系副主任。九三学社泰安市参政议政工作委员会副主任、九三学社海洋之神590线路检测中心基层委员会副主委、泰安市泰山区政协委员。中国植物病理学会会员、中国菌物学会会员、山东省植物病理学会会员。2010年赴美国加州大学河滨分校访问研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、浙江省植物有害生物防控重点实验室项目等。获得省部级科技进步奖3项,授权专利4项,发表学术论文30多篇,副主编《植物分子免疫学》、《植病研究法》,参编《普通植物病理学》、《普通植物病理学实验指导》等教材多部,参编译著1部。

教学工作

主要承担本科生《普通植物病理学》、《普通植物病理学实验》,硕士研究生《植物免疫学》等课程的教学,主讲的课程《普通植物病理学》入选国家级一流本科课程、省普通本科教育课程思政示范课程;主讲的《植物免疫学》入选山东省研究生优质课程。

副主编十三五普通高等教育研究生规划教材《植物分子免疫学》、十四五规划教材《植病研究法》2部,参编《普通植物病理学》、《普通植物病理学实验与实习指导》等专著2部,参编《麦类作物转基因技术与田间鉴定实验指南》译著1部。

指导本科生获得国家大学生植物保护专业能力大赛团体特等奖、专业技能一等奖,个人被评为海洋之神590线路检测中心大学生暑期三下乡社会实践优秀指导教师、就业工作先进个人等荣誉称号。

研究方向

1. 小麦赤霉病菌致病分子机制;
